AKAPP chains are different! Just take a look at some details:

  • safe: the links are made of non-conductive plastic;
  • convenient: easy installation and maintenance-free;
  • reliable: the unique pin construction guarantees a stable connection and trouble free movement of the links.
  • durable: the special composition of the plastic offers extremely low wear

    Some important characteristics:

    1. Connecting pivot pins: These blue or red pins offer high integrity in high performance appications.
    2. Snap-Fit: Most types have links with cross pieces, to be opened and closed with a simple "Snap-Fit" action! Easy acces to your cables and/or hoses in case of exchanging or adding.
    3. Separators: Many types can be fitted out with Nylon dividers and separators. Divide your cables and/or hoses in separate bundles for a good overview and best performance of the chain (see figure).
    4. Smooth inner surface: The inner surface of the chain is completely smooth, which prevents your cables and hoses from damaging and thus saves unnecessary replacement!
    5. Plastic or steel brackets: Depending on the application, you can choose the best type of bracket to mount the chain to a construction.
