These reels are designed to provide for both general and industrial use. Perfect for production lines, mobile material handling equipment, maintenance and repair facilities and service vehicles. Additional applications include food processing, chemical handling, marine applications, and wash down equipment.
These reels come equipped with an adjustable guide arm, ratchet lock, four roller guide and easy tension adjustment.
They also include brass and stainless steel fluid paths and a durable epoxy powder-coat finish.
With its solid
construction, these series form the ideal hoses reels for handling air, fluids,
oil or grease.
Winding capacity up to 15,2 meters. Reel types MB.. rated for max.
pressure 200 bar (3000 PSI), depending on type.

Solid construction: epoxy powder-coat finish provides durable corrosion protection for the
steel housing. The reels can be applied both in- and outdoors.
Safe and efficient: the containerized main spring enables quick, easy exchange or replacement.
Cost reducing: the guide arm roller guide lets your valuable hoses wind
perfectly and maximises their life duty cycle!
Ratchet lock: can be engaged when continuous spring tension is not required, e.g. while working with hand tools.

This makes the reel following any forced direction of the hose when
it is mounted stationary or on a movable appparatus. It prevents
